Support dogs are welcome at the Palace and carers for blue badge holders have free entry guaranteed. The Palace offers a touch tour for the visually impaired. A guide will be assigned to you and will help you find all the hidden gems of the palace as well as telling you about the diverse history. This truly is a wonderful day out to spoil your mother.


Paradise Wildlife Park, Hertfordshire.

National Marine Aquarium, Plymouth.

Plymouth Aquarium is like stepping into an underwater paradise! You can go and visit different types of fish from all over the world. Plymouth aquarium is home to nurse sharks, sand tiger sharks, lemon sharks and now two new zebra sharks. This is the perfect day out for any ocean lover. The aquarium opens at 10.00am until 05.00pm. The Aquarium is accessible by ramps and has lifts throughout. There is a number of disabled parking access and they have wheelchairs available on site free of charge. Carers of the disabled are welcome free of charge and guide dogs are more than welcome too. You can also save 10% by booking online.

In 1907, Fritz Butzer a young Swiss baker left his home to travel to the UK to fulfil his dream of establishing his own business and now he has created a legacy. The team rooms open at 09.00am and close again at 09.00pm. Afternoon tea is served in the Imperial and Belmont rooms. Soak up the surroundings and enjoy the atmosphere of these historic rooms.
