Quotation and installation process
Our trained stairlift consultants are always on hand to discuss your requirements, assess your needs and personally see your enquiry through to the end. Our consultants will be happy to visit your home, at a time convenient to you. Alternatively our consultants are able to provide an initial over-the-phone quotation, see below for more details.
Over the phone quotation
Experience has taught us that many customers are nervous about dealing with someone initially, concerned to avoid the pushy approach which our industry has a reputation for. Mulitcare are different, we’re happy to provide details of all our stairlifts and mobility products over the phone allowing customers time to build confidence in us and research our products.
Home staircase survey
One of our trained stairlift consultants will come to your home, assess your needs, measure your stairs and look at what stairlift would suit you best. They are there to answer any questions or concerns you might have.
The consultant will then give you a fixed written quotation for the whole job. There’s no obligation on you whatsoever after this.
Most staircase surveys are quick and easy to perform. If your staircase is more complex with intermediate landings, fan stairs or a spiral for example, the survey will be conducted quickly with Multicare’s eSurvey system.
As part of our commitment to customer service, our trained stairlift consultant will wish to conduct a User Assessment at the same time as conducting the Staircase Survey.
Design and installation
Multicare trained technicians will install your stairlift with minimum fuss and at a time convenient to you, within a day. Our Technicians will leave your property exactly as they find it and clean up after themselves.
Before they leave, they test the stairlift thoroughly, ensure it is working perfectly and show you exactly how to operate it.
We will also give you a manual which shows you step-by-step how to use the stairlift.
